Key Dials started with one belief: when a responsibility is complex, the answer isn't more paperwork — it's a clearer picture. Lay everything out where you can see it, track each step, and keep a permanent record of what was done and why.

Founder David Triggs — a public speaker, former headmaster, and former CEO of an educational trust — spent his career leading complex organisations, and built Key Dials on what that taught him: people do their best work when they can see the whole picture and exactly where they fit in it.

That's why Key Dials was designed to be flexible from the start. It isn't tied to one industry or one way of working — any framework with sections and action points can become a dial, from compliance to onboarding to governance.
